180 g -Tapenade black way of sea shepherds
A must for the Provencal aperitif. The tapenade is prepared from selected black olives, anchovies and capers.
Without preservative, neither dyes nor binder.

Cannedoine is located in the south of France, in Provence, in Cogolin, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez (Var).
Delicious on a slice of grilled country bread on one side. Idea Recipe: Spread the black tapenade on cold or hot grilled countrywood, garnish with slices of tomatoes, anchovy fillets with olive oil and possibly veloches of oil mushrooms.
On a slice of toast, drop a log washer, cover with tapenade and spend a few seconds in a hot oven if you wish.

80% black olives (non-EU origin), extra virgin olive oil, capers, garlic (sulphite), 0.81% Cream of Anchovies (Salty Anchovies Earraulis Encrasicolus 85% (fish), olive oil, red wine vinegar, spices), concentrated lemon juice, aromatic plants, white pepper, curator: potassium sorbate.
