Almost 40 years ago, in the family home of Anne-Marie and René Darbelin in Domancy, baptized "creation" that the blueberries become jams. The picking of blueberries and the sale in the markets thrive. At the same time, some pastry chefs are asking for fresh blueberries as well as some jam jars. Thread in needle, with a lot of courage and perseverance, Anne Marie and René Darbelin melt the jams of creation. The first workshop was in the family cuisine, but soon René decides to build a small local next to the house, equipped with all the equipment necessary for the manufacture of jam. After a few years, they move to the municipality of Passy in Haute-Savoie and associate their children with what has become a small family business.
